SOAM is UAE based company managing prestigious residential, commercial, retail and mixed use communities. We specialize in Owners Association Management services with in-house experienced FM support. SOAM manages a portfolio of 1,500 units in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Jumairah Village Circle. We specialize and oversee all technical, environmental, security, financial, administrative and customer service tasks.

Our Experience OA/Strata Managers ensure that the Building is managed from a General, Financial and Technical perspective.

SOAM is well resourced and competent to meet the following scope of services for the, as defined by the Association Constitution.

1. Managing the day to day administration of the community
2. Organize and manage Association Meetings
3. Maintain Community's Assets
4. Maintain service records
5. Organize General Assembly

6. Monitor FM Services and Specialist Contractors Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
7. Maintain all records relating to the community and guarding confidentiality of all such records
8. Obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities (DCD, etc.)
9. Monitoring Community's utility usage
